Promises for Puppies. This program is for Ohio County residents ONLY.
Puppies must be less than 7-weeks-old. If you have a pregnant or nursing female dog,
we will take the puppies when they are weaned. The mother dog will be spayed for free.
We place our pups in foster homes, spay/neuter when old enough, and adopt them to
pre-approved homes. *This applies to full litters only. You cannot sell or give away some
free and then ask for help.* The purpose of this program is to stop unwanted litters and
protect "free puppies" from being harmed, used for breeding, or worse.
